Wolseley Pith Helmet-OLD

This pith helmet style is reminiscent of a classic fireman's helmet. The helmet was named after M/Gen. Sir Garnet Wolseley, who developed the original pattern. We have seen many variations on the name...Wolsey, Wolesley, etc., but the correct spelling is Wolseley. Through the years there have been many minor variations to this style. Our model has a tail approximately 3 3/4 inches. Sweatband and chin strap are genuine leather. There is a green underbrim. Color: White(as per the original) and khaki. Size: Adjustable by means of Velcro at the end of the sweatband. Sorry, but this helmet runs a little on the small side and will only fit up to about a 7 1/4.
